EnerConnect Transfer Configuration
Deploying EnerConnect in a data transfer configuration enables geoscientists or geotechs to easily identify, locate and initiate the transfer of geotechnical data from numerous information sources, both commercial and proprietary, into their project database systems, such as PETRA and OpenWorks. Users can choose between the native EnerConnect browser-based interface, an intuitive text-based query interface, or a supported third-party commercial GIS mapping application to initiate their data transfer operations.
As a specific example, in the case where a client utilizes A2D well log data in addition to an internal log data management system, such as RECALL, the EnerConnect Transfer solution can be configured to include source priority definitions in order to first look in the internal data management system for the requested log data and, if the log data is not located, EnerConnect would query A2D for the log data, place an order for the log data and retrieve the log data as if the user had placed the order directly.
Supported Data Types
• Well / Wellbore information
• Directional Survey data
• Interpretation data
• Well Log data
• Production data
EnerConnect would then deliver the purchased A2D log data directly to the internal data management system (ensuring governance over the data) and deliver the logs to the specified interpretation project, such as OpenWorks and PETRA (addressing the geoscientist’s immediate need for data).
